We are sending out all retail orders via 2nd class mail, unfortunately we can not offer a faster service at the moment due to disruptions at the Royal Mail.
International orders - we will be dispatching these from our warehouse on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed on Wednesdays and Fridays will be sent out the next working day.
Trade orders - these will be dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse who are operating Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours, subject to availability. Orders received before 12pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) are usually sent out the same day. We try to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee their prompt arrival. Any problems please contact us.
UK delivery is free on all orders over £10.00. Otherwise standard 2nd class delivery is charged at £1.99
If you're in a hurry, there is an option to upgrade to first class, first class signed for or Special Delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery and must be signed for. Orders will be posted the same working day if ordered before 12pm (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Unless otherwise specified, all goods are sent by standard 2nd class mail from London. Please see http://www.royalmail.com/ for full delivery details.
For all customers outside of the UK postage is sent by Royal Mail and charged at a flat rates of £5.99 for orders up to £20 and £11.99 for orders over £20.
All goods produced by kissmekwik are printed and assembled in the UK.
Our minimum order for trade customers is £100. Carriage is charged at £7.95 for UK trade orders under £150, free for order orders of £150 and above. For overseas trade accounts carriage is charged at cost.
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we can refund the items, providing we receive it back within 14 days of delivery. Goods are returned at your own cost. We advise returning goods by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
