Some FAQ's...

How much do I need to order?
  • Our minimum order is £100. 
  • For Customers in the UK Carriage is free on orders over £150, otherwise carriage is £7.95. 
  • For International customers shipping is charged at cost price. Please select 'pay by invoice' when you checkout online and we'll be in touch with the shipping arrangements.
  • Cards and gifts are sold in units of 6.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day on a courier Next Day delivery service. Orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Do you send back-orders?

  • Unless otherwise requested generally we don’t record or send back-orders. If a product is out of stock, this will be marked on your delivery note and we won't invoice you for it.
How do I return something?
  • We take a lot of care to package your goods safely. In the rare event that you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to replace the goods, arrange a credit or a refund. Contact

When do I need to pay?

  • We process all first orders on a pro-forma basis and take payment before we dispatch the goods. If you’re ordering online you can pay immediately and we’ll send your order out straight away. If you order with us by other means we’ll send you a pro-forma invoice showing the correct amount to pay. 
  • Further orders can be on a 30 day account. Please see our full terms and conditions below.
  • Overseas orders are always pro-forma.

All orders are supplied subject to this and the following terms and conditions, which supercede all previously issued terms and conditions.

2. VAT

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added to all orders delivered to a UK address. VAT will also be added to orders for delivery to other countries within the European Community unless the customers VAT registration number is quoted at the time of ordering. VAT will not be charged on orders for delivery outside the European Community.

Kissmekwik Ltd. retains title to all goods supplied until full payment has been received. Not withstanding this, all goods shall be at risk of the customer once delivered. A customer’s right to possession of the goods shall cease in the event of the failure of their business before full payment has been received. In the event of enforcement of this clause, goods identified as corresponding to those supplied under unpaid invoices shall be deemed to be those goods unpaid for, whether or not similar goods had been supplied under earlier paid invoices.


Pro-forma invoicing on all new accounts. All accounts are net 30 days from date of invoices unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing.


Kissmekwik Ltd. reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 3% per month on accounts not settled within 45 days of the invoice date. Any costs incurred in debt collection will be charged to the customers account. A hold we be placed on your account until outstanding invoices are paid in full.


Claims for damage or shortage must be notified to kissmekwik ltd by telephone within three days of receipt of goods AND confirmed in writing within five days. Failure to notify us in time may result in the rejection of a claim, as we have to make any claims against our carriers within three days of delivery of the goods.

If we request that goods are returned to us, we will of course reimburse reasonable postage costs. Such goods must be returned to us within seven days so that we may claim against our carriers. Failure to return goods as requested will result in the rejection of any claim. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted for credit.


Goods are despatched to UK addresses using a 24 hour carrier service. Non arrivals of goods within three days of the invoice date should be notified to kissmekwik ltd.


Overseas orders will normally be supplied on a pro-forma basis. Payments should be by sterling cheque or draft which must be drawn on London.


Customers wishing to open an account should provide two trade references plus one bank reference giving full address and telephone numbers.
