Delivery info

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Our VAT registration number is 797 8771 39. 
We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours, subject to availability. Orders received before 12 pm (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) are usually sent out the same day.  If you need something in a desperate hurry, email us at customerservices@kissmekwik.co.uk and we`ll do our best to help. We try to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee their prompt arrival. Any problems please contact us.
 
UK delivery is free on all orders over £10.00 . Otherwise £1.50
 
There is an option to upgrade to first class or Special Delivery but please order before 12 p.m. if you`d like your order posted the same day (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
 
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next day delivery  (MON- FRI) though must be signed for. Orders will be posted same day (mon - fri) if ordered before 12 p.m. Please note: orders posted Friday will arrive Monday.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and conditions.
 
All goods produced by kissmekwik (cards, mirrors, magnets, coasters, notebooks, keyrings, lighters, wrap) are printed and assembled in the UK. Mugs are produced under license and made in China.
 
Returns
 
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we can either exchange or refund the items, providing we receive it back within 14 days of delivery. Goods are returned at your own cost. We advise returning goods by registered post as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
 
Transactions
 
All debit, credit and charge card transactions are processed by Worldpay plc. WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. Their systems also have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide you with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their systems have evolved over many years and throughout their history they have continuously sought and gained bank approval for these systems.
