We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours, subject to availability. Orders received before 12p.m.(excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) are usually sent out the same day.  If you need something in a desperate hurry email us at customerservices@kissmekwik.co.uk and we`ll do our best to help. We try to despatch your goods as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee their prompt arrival. Any problems please contact us.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: Carriage is charged at GBP 5.00 per order for orders under £30 and £7.50 per order for orders over £30. All our overseas orders are posted on Fridays only .

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and conditions.

All goods produced by kissmekwik (cards, mirrors, magnets, coasters, notebooks, keyrings, lighters, wrap) are printed and assembled in the UK.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we can either exchange or refund the items, providing we receive it back within 14 days of delivery. Goods are returned at your own cost. We advise returning goods by registered post, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
